Reservations & payment

Bookings made through this site are processed by our direct booking engine. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. Quoted rates include the stay and cleaning; taxes are added at checkout.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy for each property is shown at checkout before you pay and in your confirmation email. That policy governs your booking.

House rules

Each property's house rules (occupancy limits, pets, smoking, quiet hours, check-in/check-out times) are listed on the property page and in your confirmation. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Use of the property

Properties include natural features — lakes, fire pits, hot tubs, farm animals, wooded terrain. Guests use these at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times.
